About Brandsamor

What Brandsamor is, which services we offer, and who we work with in the United States.

What exactly does Brandsamor do?

Brandsamor is a private-label fragrance service that helps U.S. businesses launch ready-to-sell fragrance products under their own brand. Brandsamor offers four modular service categories that U.S. brands can combine: optional fragrance and formulation (library, custom, or bring-your-own oil); filling with closures, capping, optional labeling and batch documentation; optional boxing with customizable or bring-your-own boxes plus cellophane wrap; and optional fulfillment storage and last-mile shipping. Combining all four is a full contract manufacturing path. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Are you a perfume manufacturer, private-label supplier, contract manufacturer, or packaging supplier?

Brandsamor is a private-label fragrance service for U.S. brands. Depending on the project we act as a private-label partner, a contract manufacturer for filling and finishing, and a packaging coordinator — including customizable boxes or boxes you supply. You can use one service category or combine fragrance, filling, boxing and fulfillment.

Do you provide turnkey fragrance manufacturing?

Yes, for United States brands. Combining fragrance (library, custom, or your own oil), filling, boxing and fulfillment is a full contract path from scent through retail-ready units. You can also skip optional steps — for example filling only if you already have fragrance and will pack elsewhere.

Can you manufacture a finished fragrance product that is ready for retail?

Yes. Filling, closures, optional labeling, boxing and cellophane wrap can produce retail-ready bottles under your brand. Artwork, scent and packaging must be approved before the bulk run. Finished goods ship to United States addresses.

Which parts of the manufacturing process can Brandsamor handle?

Four modular categories: (1) fragrances and formulation — optional; (2) filling with fragrance oil and bases, spray or crimped closures, capping, optional labeling and batch documentation; (3) boxing — optional — customizable or bring-your-own boxes, then close and cellophane wrap; (4) fulfillment — optional — storage and last-mile shipping to your U.S. customers.

Can you manage the entire project from fragrance selection through filling, packaging, and finished-product delivery?

Yes, when you choose the full path. Start with library or custom sampling, lock scent and packaging, approve a production sample, then we fill, finish, document the batch and ship within the United States. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number.

Where are Brandsamor products manufactured?

Brandsamor operates a U.S. facility at 17 Briden St, Worcester, MA 01605, alongside multi-location warehouses and filling centers, with operations also in Dubai, India and China. Fragrance oils are compounded, filled and packaged in the United States and India through a hybrid own-and-partner model. Sample and production orders are accepted for United States shipping destinations only.

Where are your manufacturing/filling facilities located?

Brandsamor has a facility at 17 Briden St, Worcester, MA 01605, United States. Customer-supplied packaging is typically received at the Worcester filling and operations facility: 17 Briden St, Worcester, MA 01605, United States. Compounding, fill and pack also use United States and India capacity through a hybrid own-and-partner model.

Which countries do you serve?

Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only. Non-U.S. destinations are not available for new sample or production orders at this time.

Do you work with startup fragrance brands?

Brandsamor is built for anyone starting a perfume line — adding fragrance to an existing brand or launching fresh. Sample scents first, then scale when you are ready. Production starts at 100 units, so a first U.S. batch can stay small.

Do you work with established fragrance brands?

Yes. Brandsamor has served more than 4,000 brands and earned a 4.8/5 customer rating helping businesses launch fragrance products under their own brand. Customers include Puig, Vice of Vieve, Oui the People, Givenchy, L'floof, Modern Makers, Sferra and Aspiring Aromas, among others. Established U.S. brands use the same sampling-to-production path, then reorder as volume grows.

Can you support a brand starting small and scaling later?

Yes. Sample first, produce from 100 units, then increase quantity, add SKUs or formats on repeat U.S. orders. Setup for the same approved spec usually does not restart from scratch.

Can you support repeat and larger-volume production as the brand grows?

Yes. We retain approved fragrance direction, artwork and packaging specs for reorders when you continue with Brandsamor. Repeat U.S. production is typically faster than a first launch because sampling and artwork are already signed off. Volume pricing is confirmed on each quotation.

Can you provide examples or photographs of previous private-label projects?

We share relevant bottle, packaging and finish examples during a project conversation rather than a public lookbook of every customer’s branded work. Customers include Puig, Vice of Vieve, Oui the People, Givenchy, L'floof, Modern Makers, Sferra and Aspiring Aromas, among others.

Can you provide references, case studies, or examples of brands you have manufactured for?

Customers include Puig, Vice of Vieve, Oui the People, Givenchy, L'floof, Modern Makers, Sferra and Aspiring Aromas, among others. Verified customer reviews are published on the related company site. We do not invent testimonials. Specific reference calls are arranged case by case for serious U.S. production enquiries.

Can I start with a small trial production run?

Yes — 100 units is the trial-scale production minimum. For an even smaller check, use fragrance samples rather than finished retail bottles. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Can the MOQ be divided between multiple fragrances?

Usually no. 100 units is the typical minimum per fragrance SKU, not a pool you split into several 50-unit scents. Sample several library or custom directions first, then produce each chosen scent from 100 units.

Can the MOQ be divided between different bottle sizes?

Different sizes are different SKUs. Plan 100 units per size unless a quotation confirms otherwise.

If I launch three or four fragrances, does each fragrance have to meet the MOQ separately?

Yes, in the usual case. Three launch scents typically means three production minimums (100 units each). Many U.S. brands start with one hero scent, then add SKUs after sell-through.

Can I manufacture 50 units of several different fragrances instead of 100+ units of one fragrance?

No. Fifty finished units is below the 100-unit production minimum, even if you order several scents. Use sampling to compare fragrances, then manufacture each approved SKU from 100 units.

Production MOQ is the same: 100 units. Custom work adds development and Custom Fragrance - Samples (USD $249) before that production minimum.

Do lotions or creams have a different MOQ?

Lotions and creams are not a standard first-batch Brandsamor catalog format. If a matching body product is even feasible as a special U.S. project, MOQ would be quoted separately and would not be assumed at perfume’s 100-unit minimum.

Do refill products have a different MOQ?

Refill SKUs, when offered for a project, are quoted as their own production items. Do not assume a lower MOQ than 100 units unless the quotation says so.

Do not treat documentation lists as guarantees of regulatory approval. Extra market dossiers (EU PIF, CPSR, CPNP, UK SCPN, Canadian notification) are not included because we currently serve U.S. orders only.

Does it include shipping?

Sample kits include standard United States shipping as stated. Production freight to a U.S. address is quoted separately unless the quotation says freight-prepaid. International shipping is not available for new orders.

What exactly is included in your turnkey/private-label service?

A turnkey U.S. project typically includes approved fragrance, sourced or supplied components, fill, optional label, optional box and cellophane, batch documents, and shipment to a United States address. You can skip optional fragrance, boxing or fulfillment. Final unit cost is confirmed on a written quotation for your fragrance, bottle size, decoration, boxing, quantity and U.S. delivery details.

Fragrance sampling

Library kits and custom samples let U.S. brands wear-test before production.

Can I order fragrance samples before production?

Yes. Brandsamor offers two private-label sampling paths. Library scents: complete a short brand brief and receive five curated fragrances from our ready library (USD $99). Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

How does your fragrance sampling process work?

Start at /start-sampling. Library path: complete a brand brief; we curate five library fragrances. Custom path: build a direction in Create a Scent (/create-a-scent), then order Custom Fragrance - Samples with three variants. Wear-test, then move to bottle and production.

Library sampling is curated from your brief rather than a self-serve pick list. You describe audience, mood and constraints; we select five matching library directions. Custom sampling starts from your Create a Scent brief instead of the library set.

Can your team select fragrances for me based on my brief?

Yes. That is the library path: a short brand brief, then five curated 5 ml EDP samples matched to your U.S. customer and positioning.

Can you send five samples?

Can I receive all fragrances I am considering before making a decision?

A single library kit is five directions. If you need another curated set, order an additional kit. Custom work explores variants of one fragrance rather than mailing an entire catalogue. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Can the sample fee be credited against my first production order?

Yes. The library sample kit is USD $99 for five fragrances. The fee is fully redeemable against your bulk / production order.

Consumer testing before production

Wear-test library or custom samples, then approve a production sample before the bulk run.

Can I test multiple fragrances before committing to production?

Yes. Library kits include five directions; you can share them with your team or a small U.S. audience before locking a production scent. Production minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units. Sampling has no production MOQ.

Can I test fragrances with consumers before choosing the final scents?

Yes. Sampling is meant for internal and small-audience wear tests. It is not a finished retail discovery set unless you later produce one as a SKU from 100 units.

Can you provide 5 ml, 10 ml, or 15 ml mini samples for giveaways or market testing?

Library evaluation samples are 5 ml EDP. Larger branded mini programs for giveaways are a production SKU (from 100 units), quoted as their own fill — not the $99 evaluation kit.

What is the MOQ for mini samples?

Evaluation kits have no production MOQ. Branded mini or discovery-set production starts at 100 units per SKU.

What do mini samples cost?

The library evaluation kit is USD $99. Branded mini production is quoted in the typical $10–$25 per unit band depending on bottle and decoration.

Can mini samples use the exact fragrance formula that will later be used for production?

Library and custom samples use the direction you will take to production. Always approve a filled production sample of the final bottle and juice before the bulk run so fill level, spray and appearance match the commercial unit.

Can I order a very small quantity for market testing before placing a commercial order?

Use the sample kits for scent testing. Finished branded bottles for a market test still start at 100 units. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Can I approve the actual filled-product sample before full production begins?

Yes. A production sample (pre-production / PPS style approval) is part of the process: you sign off scent, bottle, cap, label and packaging before mass filling.

Existing fragrance library

Ready library formulas across common families, curated into a five-scent U.S. sample kit.

Do you have an existing fragrance catalogue?

Yes. Brandsamor maintains a ready fragrance library. U.S. customers receive five curated 5 ml EDP samples from that library rather than browsing every formula themselves. Start at /start-sampling.

How many fragrances are available in your library?

The library covers a working range of launch-ready formulas across common families. We do not publish a constantly changing headcount as a marketing claim. Curation picks five that fit your brief instead of mailing the full set.

What fragrance profiles do you offer?

Common families include fresh, floral, fruity, gourmand, woody, musky, amber, oud, tropical, vanilla, and darker or more seductive directions, in masculine, feminine and unisex positioning.

Do you have fragrances for men?

Yes. Masculine and unisex library directions are available; say so in the brief.

Do you have fragrances for women?

Yes. Feminine and unisex library directions are available; say so in the brief.

Do you have unisex fragrances?

Yes. Many brands launch gender-neutral heroes. Flag unisex positioning in the brief.

Do you have oud fragrances?

Yes. The library includes oud directions among other common families. Tell us in the sampling brief if that family should lead curation, or use Create a Scent when you need a custom take.

Do you have fresh fragrances?

Yes. The library includes fresh directions among other common families. Tell us in the sampling brief if that family should lead curation, or use Create a Scent when you need a custom take.

Do you have vanilla fragrances?

Yes. The library includes vanilla directions among other common families. Tell us in the sampling brief if that family should lead curation, or use Create a Scent when you need a custom take.

Do you have dark or seductive fragrances?

Yes. The library includes darker, amber, woody or more seductive directions among other common families. Tell us in the sampling brief if that family should lead curation, or use Create a Scent when you need a custom take.

Do you have luxury masculine fragrances?

Yes. Curation can target a more premium masculine direction. Bottle, cap and box then need to match that price point.

Do you have luxury feminine fragrances?

Yes. Curation can target a more premium feminine direction. Packaging should support the same positioning.

Can you recommend fragrances based on my brand positioning?

Yes. The library brief is built for that: business type, customer, personality, intensity and use case. We curate five matches rather than sending a generic list.

Can your perfumer curate fragrances for my brand?

Yes for library matching, and through Create a Scent when you want an original direction. Physical samples still go to United States addresses.

Can I use an existing formula to reduce development cost and lead time?

Yes. Library formulas skip custom development. Sample five directions (USD $99), then produce from 100 units. That is usually faster and lower cost than a custom brief.

Inspired / designer-style fragrances

We can work from an olfactive direction. We do not copy proprietary formulas.

Do you offer fragrances inspired by designer perfumes?

We can use a well-known fragrance as a creative starting point — family, mood and what should stay or change. Brandsamor does not reproduce proprietary designer formulas or sell illegal copies.

Can I receive samples of designer-inspired fragrances?

You can describe references in the library brief or Create a Scent. We send matching or adjacent directions as physical samples to United States addresses — not branded designer minis.

Can you recommend fragrances with a similar olfactive direction to a fragrance I like?

Yes. Name the reference and what you like (fresh opening, sweet dry-down, projection). Curation or custom variants follow that direction without claiming to be the original.

Can you provide a fragrance similar in profile without making an exact copy?

Yes. That is the intended use of a reference: profile and feeling, not an exact copy of a protected formula.

Can you create fragrances inspired by a specific fragrance family or reference?

Yes, via library matching or Create a Scent (/create-a-scent).

Are inspired fragrances cheaper or faster to launch than custom fragrances?

Library directions that already sit near your reference are usually faster and lower cost than original custom work. Custom Fragrance - Samples is USD $249 and adds development time before production.

Can an existing inspired fragrance later be modified to make it more distinctive?

Yes. After you like a library or inspired direction, refinement (sweeter, fresher, stronger) can be quoted as modification or a custom round so the launch scent is more exclusive to your brand.

Custom fragrance development

Original scent direction through Create a Scent, then three physical variants to wear-test.

Do you develop completely original fragrances?

Yes. Create a Scent and custom formulation develop an original direction for your brand, then physical variants for approval. It is not an instant finished formula from chat alone.

Can you create a custom fragrance specifically for my brand?

Yes, for U.S. brands. Custom Fragrance - Samples is USD $249 for one custom fragrance with three variants to choose from, with standard U.S. shipping included.

Can every fragrance in my collection have its own unique formula?

Yes, with separate development and a 100-unit production minimum per SKU. Many brands start with one custom hero plus library supporting scents.

Are custom fragrances created from scratch or based on existing fragrance oils?

Custom work starts from your brief and can use high-quality naturals and aromachemicals (including materials from leading manufacturers such as dsm-firmenich and Givaudan). It is not merely relabeling a stock oil, and it is not a guaranteed from-molecules-zero process on every budget.

Can I provide an olfactive brief and have your perfumer develop a fragrance from it?

Yes. Use Create a Scent or a call. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number.

Can I give you desired notes and accords?

Yes. Notes, accords, effects to avoid, and reference scents all help. The result is a direction and samples — not a promise of every named note at a specific percentage.

Can you recommend the composition rather than requiring me to specify every note?

Yes. Many clients describe mood, customer and occasion; we propose family, pyramid and variants.

Can you create several different fragrances while maintaining one consistent brand identity?

Yes. Shared DNA (a repeating base, naming system or packaging) can hold a collection together while each SKU stays distinct. Launch count still follows MOQ per scent.

Can you create a men's fragrance?

Yes.

Can you create a women's fragrance?

Yes.

Can you create a gender-neutral fragrance?

Yes.

How long does custom fragrance development take?

Custom Fragrance - Samples prepares three variants of one fragrance for wear-testing. Timing depends on brief complexity and revision rounds; it happens before the 3-6 weeks production window. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

What does custom fragrance development cost?

Custom Fragrance - Samples is USD $249 for one custom fragrance with three variants to choose from, with standard U.S. shipping included. Additional development beyond that kit is quoted for the brief. Production is separate and starts at 100 units.

How many initial versions are included?

Custom Fragrance - Samples includes 3 variants of one fragrance to choose from.

How many revisions are included?

The three-variant kit is the standard first custom sample set. Further revision rounds are confirmed in writing for the project rather than as an unlimited included bank.

What does an additional revision cost?

Quoted per round once the first custom kit is evaluated. We do not publish a single add-on revision price that fits every brief.

Can I approve the final fragrance before manufacturing begins?

Yes. Wear-test samples, then approve a filled production sample of the commercial bottle before bulk filling.

Customizing or refining existing fragrances

Library scents can be shifted sweeter, fresher or stronger; deeper changes follow the custom path.

If I like one of your existing fragrances, can it be modified?

Yes. Small shifts can be quoted as a refinement. Larger changes are treated as custom development with new samples.

Can you make an existing scent sweeter?

Yes, as a refinement brief — then wear-test the new variant before production.

Can you make it fresher?

Yes, as a refinement brief with a new physical sample.

Can you make it stronger?

Yes, within IFRA and format limits. Higher impact is not only “more oil”; it depends on materials and structure.

Can you make it more masculine or feminine?

Yes. We can shift woods, florals, musks or sweetness to read more masculine, feminine or unisex.

Can you increase longevity?

We can formulate toward longer wear, within the format (EDP vs mist vs oil) and IFRA. Longevity still depends on skin, climate and notes.

Can you change specific notes?

Yes, when chemically and commercially practical. Some notes are restricted or affect stability; we will say if a requested swap is a poor fit.

Can you modify a library fragrance enough to make it exclusive to my brand?

Meaningful modification can make a scent distinctive. True exclusivity and formula-purchase terms are confirmed in writing — a light tweak of a shared library oil is not automatically exclusive.

Does modifying an existing fragrance count as custom fragrance development?

Light tweaks may be a short refinement. Substantial pyramid changes follow the custom path, including Custom Fragrance - Samples when new variants must be worn.

What does fragrance modification cost?

Quoted per brief. If new physical variants are needed, Custom Fragrance - Samples (USD $249) is the usual sample vehicle.

How long does refinement take?

Depends on whether we adjust an existing oil or run a new custom sample set. It is completed before the 3–6 week production window after you approve the commercial spec.

Formula ownership and exclusivity

You own your brand and artwork. Library formulas are shared. Custom exclusivity is a written commercial term.

Can my fragrance formula be exclusive to my brand?

Custom formulas can be held more exclusively under written commercial terms, and custom formulas or bulk-produced oils can be purchased. Library formulas are shared ready-to-use oils and are not exclusive. Confirm exclusivity in writing before the first production order.

Will you sell my fragrance formula to another customer?

Library formulas may be used for other brands. Custom work that is contracted as exclusive is not sold as the same formula to another customer under that agreement. Get exclusivity in writing if it matters.

Who owns the final formula?

You own your brand name, logos and marketing assets. Library formulas remain supplier/Brandsamor library assets. Custom formulas and bulk-produced oils can be purchased — ownership is defined in the project terms, not assumed at first conversation.

Do I receive the actual formula?

Not by default. Formula disclosure or purchase is a commercial add-on. Most private-label launches receive finished goods, IFRA/COA-style documents and batch records — not an open recipe.

Is exclusivity available for custom formulations?

It can be, as a written term. It is not automatic with every custom sample kit.

Is there an additional fee for exclusivity?

Often yes — exclusivity is a commercial restriction, sometimes tied to volume. The fee or volume commitment is quoted, not published as one number.

Can an existing library fragrance ever be exclusive?

Generally no. Library oils are designed for multiple brands. Choose custom development if exclusivity is a core requirement.

Can a modified library fragrance become exclusive?

Only if the modification is treated as a new custom formula and exclusivity is contracted. A minor tweak of a shared oil usually is not exclusive.

Is exclusivity permanent?

Duration is defined in the agreement. Do not assume perpetual exclusivity without a signed term.

Is exclusivity tied to minimum annual purchase volumes?

It can be. Volume, term and geography (United States) are negotiated. If volumes lapse, exclusivity may lapse too — as written.

Can we sign an NDA before sharing my fragrance concept?

Yes. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number. We can put a mutual NDA in place before you share a detailed concept.

Can we sign a fragrance exclusivity agreement?

Yes, when custom work warrants it. Exclusivity is not needed for a standard library private-label launch.

Fragrance concentration

You can choose concentration by format. Higher oil % is not an automatic performance guarantee.

What fragrance concentration do you recommend?

Most perfume launches start as eau de parfum. Library samples are approximately 20% concentration. Exact production % is set per format and IFRA category.

Can you manufacture a 20% Eau de Parfum?

Yes, when the formula and IFRA category allow it. Library samples are prepared around 20%.

Can you manufacture a 25% Eau de Parfum?

Often yes, subject to IFRA limits for the formula and product type. Confirm on the technical review, not as a blanket promise for every oil.

Can you manufacture Extrait de Parfum?

Higher-concentration extraits can be discussed when the formula, IFRA and packaging (often smaller fills) support it. Quote and testing apply.

Can you manufacture EDT?

Yes. Eau de toilette is a lighter spray format many brands use for daily or travel SKUs.

Can you manufacture EDC?

Yes, eau de cologne / lighter splash or spray formats can be produced when the brief calls for them.

Can you manufacture alcohol-free perfume?

Yes. Alcohol-free options include perfume oils and other non-alcohol formats. State alcohol-free in the brief so packaging and base match.

Can you manufacture perfume oils?

Yes. Perfume oil and roll-on are standard private-label formats.

Can you manufacture roll-on oils?

Yes. Roll-on bottles with ball and cap are a common oil pack.

Can I choose the fragrance concentration?

Yes, within IFRA and format norms. We will flag if a requested % is unstable, restricted or a poor fit for body mist versus EDP.

Does a higher oil concentration automatically mean better performance?

No. Structure, materials, skin and format matter as much as percentage. A well-built 20% EDP can outperform a poorly built higher load.

What concentration provides strong projection?

EDP-level loads with radiant materials project more than typical body mists. Projection is designed into the formula, not guaranteed by a number alone.

What concentration gives the best longevity?

Extrait and EDP generally last longer than EDT, EDC or body mist. Oils wear close to skin with long linger. We still wear-test rather than promising hours.

What concentration do you recommend for body mist?

Body mists use a lighter load than EDP so they stay wearable and cost-appropriate. We set % per formula and IFRA for the mist category.

What fragrance concentration do you recommend for lotion or cream?

Lotion and cream are not standard Brandsamor catalog products. If a special leave-on project were ever quoted, IFRA category limits for that product type would cap the load — it would not match EDP percentages.

Fragrance performance

Wear time and projection depend on formula, format, skin and climate. We sample rather than guarantee hours.

How long will the perfume last on skin?

It varies by formula, concentration, skin and climate. EDP is built for longer wear than body mist. Wear your samples for several days instead of relying on a promised hour count.

How strong will the projection be?

Projection is part of the brief (intimate vs radiant). Fresh citrus profiles often project less over time than ambery or woody builds. Samples are the proof.

Can you formulate for strong projection?

Yes, as a performance intent in custom or library selection. IFRA and wearability still apply.

Can you formulate for all-day longevity?

We can target long wear. “All day” on every skin in every climate is not a guarantee we print on a box.

Can fresh fragrances still be made long-lasting?

Yes, with structure (heart/base support) and material choice. Very bright citrus-only opens still fade faster than a fresh profile with a lasting base.

Can you create a fragrance with an Ambroxan-type long-lasting effect?

Yes, amberwoods and similar long-lasting materials can be part of a brief. We describe the effect, not a trademarked raw-material claim, unless that material is actually used and disclosable.

How do you test fragrance longevity?

Evaluation uses blotters and skin wear of physical samples. Production lots are checked against the approved reference. We do not publish a lab hour-rating as a consumer claim.

How do you test projection?

Wear tests and internal evaluation of the approved sample. Custom briefs can specify intimate vs strong sillage as intent.

Can you make body mist last longer than a typical body mist?

We can formulate a more persistent mist, still as a mist — not a hidden EDP. Expectations should stay lighter than perfume.

What oil concentration gives good longevity in a body mist?

There is no single public %. We set mist load for IFRA category, spray character and cost. Higher load can help but may feel heavy or costly.

Does longevity depend on the fragrance profile?

Yes. Musks, woods, ambers and many gourmands linger more than watery citrus. That is why we match family to the wear you want.

Perfume oils and roll-ons

Alcohol-free oil and roll-on formats with branded bottles, from 100 units.

Do you manufacture perfume oils?

Yes. Perfume oil is a standard private-label format, including alcohol-free positioning when the formula supports it.

Do you manufacture roll-on perfumes?

Yes. Roll-on packs include bottle, roller ball, cap, optional label and optional box.

What roll-on bottle sizes are available?

Common oil fills include compact 5 ml and 10 ml roll-ons, plus other sizes from the packaging range. Confirm the in-stock options for your U.S. batch.

Do you offer 5 ml roll-ons?

Yes, 5 ml is a typical travel or trial oil size when that bottle is specified.

Do you offer 10 ml roll-ons?

Yes, 10 ml is a common retail oil size when that bottle is specified.

Can I choose the carrier oil/base?

Often yes (for example a jojoba-style or other cosmetic carrier compatible with the concentrate). The base must pass stability and IFRA for the product type.

Can you supply musk perfume oils?

Yes, musky oil directions are a common library and custom brief. “Musk” here means an olfactive profile, not a restricted animal musk.

Can I use an existing formula for a perfume oil?

Often yes if the concentrate is suitable in oil. Some alcohol-spray formulas need adjustment. We review IFRA category and solubility before filling.

Can you create a custom perfume-oil fragrance?

Yes, via the custom path, then oil-compatible packaging.

Can you supply the bottle, roller ball, cap, label and box?

Yes. That is a normal oil private-label build, with boxing optional.

What is the MOQ for roll-on perfume oils?

Production minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units. Sampling has no production MOQ. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Body mists

Lighter spray formats for everyday wear, from 100 units per scent.

Do you manufacture body mists?

Yes. Body mist is a standard private-label format.

What body mist sizes do you offer?

Common requests include travel minis, 100 ml and 150 ml. Available bottles are confirmed from current packaging options for your U.S. run.

Can you manufacture 100 ml body mist?

Yes, when a 100 ml mist bottle is selected.

Can you manufacture 150 ml body mist?

Yes, when a 150 ml mist bottle is selected.

Can you manufacture travel-size body mist?

Yes. Travel mist is a useful discovery or gifting SKU, still from 100 units.

What concentration do you recommend for body mist?

A lighter load than EDP. Exact % is set per formula and IFRA for the mist category.

How long should a good body mist last?

Mists are everyday and reapply-friendly, not all-day EDP. Wear samples rather than printing a guaranteed hour claim.

Can you formulate a stronger or longer-lasting body mist?

Yes, within mist positioning and IFRA. It will still read as a mist, not a perfume in a mist bottle unless you change format.

Can you use my fragrance concentrate to manufacture the body mist?

Yes, bring-your-own oil is supported when documentation and IFRA category fit a mist. Incoming checks may apply.

Can you manufacture several body-mist scents in one order?

Yes, as separate SKUs. Each scent typically meets the 100-unit minimum.

What is your MOQ per body-mist scent?

Production minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units. Sampling has no production MOQ.

What is your MOQ per body-mist size?

Each size is a SKU. Plan 100 units per size unless the quote says otherwise.

Can the same fragrance be used across a body mist and lotion?

The same concentrate can often be used across mist and perfume when IFRA categories allow. Lotion is not a standard Brandsamor catalog product; matching mist + EDP is the usual collection path.

Lotions, creams, hair oils and other products

Core catalog is fragrance (EDP, oils, mists, room sprays, car fresheners). Other body products are not standard first-batch items.

Do you manufacture perfumed body lotion?

That item is not a standard Brandsamor catalog SKU. Share the concept and we will tell you whether it fits a U.S. filling and packaging project or needs a different specialist. Our standard U.S. production is fragrance products: eau de parfum, perfume oil, body mist, room spray and car freshener.

Do you manufacture body cream?

That item is not a standard Brandsamor catalog SKU. Share the concept and we will tell you whether it fits a U.S. filling and packaging project or needs a different specialist.

Do you manufacture perfumed hair oil?

That item is not a standard Brandsamor catalog SKU. Share the concept and we will tell you whether it fits a U.S. filling and packaging project or needs a different specialist.

Can the same fragrance code be used in perfume, body mist and lotion?

Perfume and body mist can often share a concentrate with category-appropriate dilution. Lotion would require a separate cosmetic base and IFRA category; it is not a standard combined SKU we list.

Can you create a matching fragrance collection across different product types?

Yes for fragrance formats we manufacture (for example EDP + mist + oil). Matching lotion/cream/hair oil would be a special-project question, not a catalog trio.

Can I sample the lotion or cream before production?

We do not run a standard lotion sample kit. Fragrance sampling covers juice for sprays and oils.

What is the MOQ for lotion or cream?

Not published — these are not standard catalog items. Fragrance MOQ is 100 units.

What is the MOQ for hair oil?

Not published — not a standard catalog item. Perfume oil roll-ons follow the 100-unit fragrance MOQ.

What formulation/testing is required for these products?

Leave-on body products need cosmetic bases, preservative systems, IFRA category limits and stability that differ from alcoholic perfume. That is why they sit outside the standard first-batch path. Fragrance sprays and oils use the Brandsamor fill, QC and documentation process.

Customer-supplied fragrance concentrates

Bring-your-own oil is supported with IFRA, SDS and related documents for U.S. filling.

Can I supply my own fragrance concentrate?

Yes. Fragrances and formulation are optional — you can skip scent work and go straight to filling with approved oil.

What documentation do you require for customer-supplied fragrance?

Typically IFRA certificate for the intended product category, SDS, COA, and allergen declaration, plus any use-level limits. Incomplete files delay filling.

Do you need the IFRA certificate?

Yes, for the product type you will fill (EDP, mist, oil, and so on).

Do you need an SDS?

Yes, a current SDS for the concentrate is normally required for handling and shipping classification.

Do you need a COA?

Yes, a batch COA for the oil you send supports incoming checks and your records.

Do you need an allergen declaration?

Yes, to support U.S. labeling decisions and retailer questions.

Do you test incoming fragrance concentrates?

We review documents and may run incoming identity/compatibility checks. Unsuitable or undocumented oil can be refused.

Can you reject a concentrate if it is unsuitable for the intended product?

Yes. Safety, IFRA category, stability or packaging incompatibility are valid reasons to refuse a fill.

Can you formulate a body-mist base around my existing fragrance concentrate?

Yes when the oil is suitable in a mist base at a legal use level. Extra lab work may be quoted.

Are there additional testing or setup fees when I provide my own fragrance?

There can be — incoming QC, compatibility tests or extra handling. They appear on the quotation when needed.

Customer-supplied packaging

You may send bottles, pumps, caps, labels or boxes to Worcester for filling.

Can I supply my own bottles?

Yes.

Yes.

Yes, sized for the bottle. Application can be included or omitted.

Can I supply my own boxes?

Do you test fragrance compatibility with customer-supplied bottles?

When the combination is new, we recommend compatibility/stability checks. Glass, coatings and plastics can affect juice color or stress.

Do you charge additional handling fees for customer-supplied packaging?

Often a handling or extra QC line applies. It is cheaper than buying glass only when your components are truly production-ready.

Where should I ship my packaging components?

Ship to the Worcester filling and operations facility: 17 Briden St, Worcester, MA 01605, United States. Wait for a receiving reference so inbound stock is tied to your order. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number.

Filling MOQ is 100 units. Custom carton printers sometimes have their own print minimums; if print MOQ is higher, we will say so or suggest a stock/low-qty box for the first run.

Can I use a stock box at lower quantities?

Yes. Stock or lightly branded cartons help when custom print minimums exceed your first batch.

Custom print, rigid board and foil raise unit cost versus a simple carton. Final unit cost is confirmed on a written quotation for your fragrance, bottle size, decoration, boxing, quantity and U.S. delivery details.

Can I see packaging samples or photographs?

Yes. Photos of current options and physical samples can be arranged for U.S. projects.

Branding and customization

Logo, labels, print, color and caps — with setup that depends on method and quantity.

Can you put my brand name on the bottle?

Yes, via label and/or direct print.

Can you put my logo on the bottle?

Yes.

Can you customize labels?

Yes. Material, shape, finish and regulatory layout are part of label design.

Can you print directly on the bottle?

Yes. Screen printing and similar methods print logos and text on glass.

Can you customize the box?

Yes, when boxing is in scope.

Can you customize the cap?

Yes — color, material and, at higher quantities, more custom cap work.

Can you customize the bottle finish?

Yes: tint, frost, coating and decorative finishes, subject to MOQ for some coatings.

Can you customize the product with my exact brand colours?

We match as closely as print and coating processes allow. Provide Pantone or print-ready color targets. Glass and coating have tolerances.

What customization methods are available?

Labels, screen printing, color/coating, foil and embossing on cartons, specialty caps, and cellophane wrap. Method depends on quantity and budget.

What quantities are required for each customization method?

Filling starts at 100 units. Some coatings, custom molds and certain prints need higher decoration minimums. Labels are usually the most flexible at 100 units.

What are the setup costs for customization?

Screens, plates and custom color matches are typically one-time on the first order of that decoration. They are listed on the quotation.

Graphic design and artwork

You can supply print-ready files or quote Brandsamor design support.

Do you offer graphic-design services?

Yes, as a quoted add-on. Many brands supply a logo and we apply it to dielines.

Can you design my perfume label?

Yes.

Can you design my perfume box?

Yes, when boxing is in scope.

Can you help develop the overall packaging aesthetic?

Yes, within packaging (bottle, label, box), not a full brand-agency identity project unless quoted that way.

Can you work from an existing logo?

Yes. Vector logo files (AI, EPS or high-res SVG/PDF) work best.

What artwork files do I need to provide?

Vector logo, fonts or outlined text, color values (Pantone where possible), and high-resolution images if used. We provide dielines for the chosen bottle and box.

What does packaging design cost?

Quoted per pack (label only vs label + box). Simple logo placement costs less than original illustration systems.

Are artwork fees charged separately?

Yes, when we design or rebuild files. They are not hidden inside juice cost.

Are revisions included in the design fee?

A stated number of revision rounds is included. Extra rounds are quoted. You approve print-ready files before plates are made.

Do I receive print-ready artwork?

Yes, for the components we design, typically as print-ready PDFs on the dielines.

Can you provide dielines/templates before I design the artwork?

Yes. Dielines come after bottle and box are selected.

Can you review my artwork for print readiness?

Yes. We check size, bleed, resolution, fonts and required legal line space for U.S. labels.

Setup and one-time fees

Sampling and some decoration have one-time costs. Repeat orders for the same spec usually avoid repeating those setups.

Are there any setup fees?

Some projects have one-time charges for artwork, printing plates or screens, custom box tooling, or extra testing. Library filling of an approved spec may have little or no extra setup beyond the production deposit. All setup lines appear on the quotation.

Is there a production setup fee?

A production deposit may be required before sourcing or scheduling fill. That is not always a separate “setup fee,” but it covers committed materials and line time. Amounts are on the order documents.

Is there a fragrance-development fee?

Custom Fragrance - Samples is USD $249. Further custom development rounds are quoted. Library sampling is USD $99 and is fully redeemable against production.

Is there a formulation fee?

Library formulas do not carry a separate formulation fee beyond sampling. Original custom formulation is priced as custom development, not as a hidden fill surcharge.

Is there a filling setup fee?

Filling cost is primarily in the unit price. Unusual formats, customer-supplied components, or extra compatibility tests can add a handling or setup line.

Is there an artwork fee?

Yes when Brandsamor designs or rebuilds files. Print-ready artwork you supply is reviewed rather than designed from scratch, which is a smaller or zero design fee.

Is there a label setup fee?

Digital or printed labels may include a plate, die or setup charge on first order. Reorders of the same label usually avoid repeating that setup.

Is there a printing plate or screen fee?

Screen printing and some decoration methods have one-time screen or plate charges. They are quoted when you choose that decoration.

Is there a box setup fee?

Custom printed folding cartons or rigid boxes often have a first-order setup or plate charge. Stock or low-quantity box options reduce or avoid that line.

Are there testing fees?

Routine production QC is included. Extra stability, heat, leak or compatibility programs are additional when the project needs them.

Which costs are one-time versus recurring?

Sampling, custom development, artwork, plates/screens and custom tooling are typically first-order. Juice, bottles, fill, labels and freight recur each batch. Library sample fees are redeemable on production rather than lost.

Do I pay these setup fees again when I reorder?

Not for the same approved artwork, screens and formula. New SKUs, new decoration or revised files can trigger new setup. Component price changes still apply on each batch.

Production process

From brand brief and samples through approvals, fill, QC and U.S. delivery.

What happens after I contact Brandsamor?

We clarify whether you need library sampling, custom scent work, or filling of an oil you already have. Most U.S. brands start at /start-sampling. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number.

What is the process from concept to finished product?

Brief → sample (library or custom) → choose scent → bottle, cap, label, box → artwork approval → production sample → deposit → fill, finish, QC, batch documents → ship to a United States address. Progress is tracked through the customer portal.

Do we select the fragrance first or packaging first?

Fragrance first. Bottle and box decisions are easier once the juice direction is clear. You do not need a final bottle to order samples.

When do I need to finalize my branding?

Before plates, labels and bulk packaging are ordered. A logo is helpful but not required to start sampling. Lock branding before the production sample.

Do you provide a pre-production sample?

Yes. You approve a filled production sample of the commercial spec before mass production.

Do I need to approve the fragrance before packaging production begins?

You should lock scent before custom printed packaging is ordered so names, color and story match. Stock bottles can be reserved in parallel once the format is clear.

What approvals are required before mass production?

Fragrance, bottle/cap, artwork, labeling copy, and the filled production sample. Payment terms on the order must also be met.

When is payment required?

Sampling fees are paid for the kit. Production typically needs a deposit before sourcing or fill, with the balance due as stated before U.S. shipment.

What happens after my order enters production?

Components are staged, juice is filled, closures applied, optional labels and boxes completed, QC performed, batch records issued, then cartons ship to your United States address. Updates go through the portal.

What quality-control checks are performed before shipment?

Typical checks include fill appearance, closure function, leaks, label placement and pack-out against the approved sample. Defective units are pulled rather than shipped.

Development and production timeline

Samples dispatch in 2–3 business days. Production is about 3–6 weeks after approvals.

How long does fragrance sampling take?

Available fragrance samples are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only. Custom kits follow brief review plus preparation of three variants.

How quickly can samples be dispatched?

Available fragrance samples are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Library kits are usually the fastest path.

How long does custom fragrance development take?

Depends on brief and revision rounds. Custom Fragrance - Samples is the physical step after the Create a Scent brief. It sits before the 3–6 week production clock.

How long do fragrance revisions take?

Each extra round is scheduled after you feed back on the previous samples. We quote timing with the round rather than promising a fixed number of days for every change.

How long does packaging sampling take?

Stock bottle and cap samples are relatively quick once selected. Custom coated glass or printed boxes follow supplier lead times and should be planned before you need a launch date.

How long does artwork approval take?

That is mostly your team’s pace. We review print-readiness promptly; extra revision rounds add calendar time.

How long does production take after final approval?

Typical production takes approximately 3-6 weeks after fragrance, packaging, artwork and production details have been approved, and can vary with customizations.

What is the total lead time from initial enquiry to finished product?

Sampling and packaging decisions happen first (days to a few weeks depending on you). After fragrance, packaging, artwork and production details are approved, fill is typically 3-6 weeks. Custom scent work and custom packaging add time before that window.

Does using an existing fragrance reduce lead time?

Yes. Library formulas skip custom development. That is the fastest scent path.

Does using stock packaging reduce lead time?

Yes. Stock bottles, caps and simple labels avoid decoration and print queues.

Does custom packaging increase production time?

Yes. Coatings, custom print and rigid boxes add supplier time before or during the production window.

How quickly can repeat orders be produced?

Reorders of an approved spec are typically faster than a first launch because sampling and artwork are done. Exact timing is confirmed per batch and still depends on component stock.

Compliance documentation

Typical support: IFRA, COA, allergen information, batch records and SDS. Not a guarantee of market approval.

Do you provide an IFRA certificate?

Yes, for applicable fragrance batches and the intended product category.

Do you provide an SDS/MSDS?

Yes, where the project requires SDS for handling, retailers or freight.

Do you provide a COA?

Yes. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for selected fragrance batches.

Do you provide an allergen declaration?

Yes, allergen information supports label and ingredient review.

Do you provide ingredient information?

Yes, to support your U.S. labeling. Full open formulas are not included by default.

Do you provide batch documentation?

Yes. Batch records and lot traceability are part of filling.

Do you provide GMP documentation?

Production is aligned with cosmetic manufacturing discipline. We do not claim a blanket ISO 22716 or GMP certificate as a substitute for your own seller obligations. Ask what quality evidence is available for your project.

Are you ISO 22716 compliant or certified?

Do not treat Brandsamor as publishing a blanket ISO 22716 certification claim. Quality systems are hybrid (own and partner). Request the specific evidence you need for a retailer questionnaire.

What manufacturing quality standards do you follow?

Documented filling, packing and finishing checks, production-sample approval, batch records, and IFRA-aligned formula use. Partner sites are selected to the project’s requirements, timeline and budget.

Which regulatory documents are included with my order?

Brandsamor can support IFRA certificates, Certificates of Analysis (COA), allergen information, batch records and SDS where the project requires it, plus halal certification support when needed. Do not treat documentation lists as guarantees of regulatory approval. Exact pack is confirmed per SKU.

Which regulatory documents cost extra?

Typical IFRA, COA, allergen, batch and SDS support is part of project documentation where required. Extra testing programs, halal certification support, or non-U.S. dossiers are quoted. EU/UK/Canada registration files are not an included service.

Can you provide documentation required by my country?

Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only. We support U.S.-oriented documentation. We do not prepare destination-country registration packages for markets we do not currently serve.

United States compliance

Brandsamor supports documents. The brand owner remains responsible for U.S. labeling, claims and MoCRA duties that apply.

What documents do I need to sell perfume in the United States?

For U.S. cosmetic fragrance products, brands typically keep IFRA documentation for the formula, a batch Certificate of Analysis, allergen information for labeling, SDS where required by the sales channel, and batch records. Brandsamor can support those documents where the project requires it. The brand owner remains responsible for U.S. labeling, claims, and any MoCRA facility registration or product listing that applies to how you sell.

Do your products comply with US cosmetic regulations?

We manufacture fragrance products intended for U.S. sale with IFRA-aligned formulas and supporting documents. Compliance of the finished labeled product, claims and any required registrations remains the brand owner’s responsibility. We do not describe products as FDA approved.

What MoCRA-related support do you provide?

We can discuss facility and documentation questions that come up for U.S. cosmetic fragrance. Brandsamor does not take over your MoCRA facility registration or product listing as a turnkey legal service. Use FDA MoCRA guidance and qualified advisors for obligations that apply to your company.

Who is responsible for product listing/registration?

The brand owner (or their designated U.S. responsible party) is responsible for any MoCRA listing/registration that applies. Brandsamor is the manufacturing/filling partner, not your substitute registrant by default.

Who is responsible for label compliance?

You are. We can help prepare label layouts with space for required U.S. cosmetic information, but you approve claims and legal copy.

Can you help prepare compliant US cosmetic labels?

Yes, we can help structure labels (brand, identity, net contents, ingredient listing support, business name/address). Final legal sign-off is yours. We do not guarantee FDA acceptance of every claim.

European Union compliance

We currently serve U.S. customers only and do not provide EU Responsible Person or CPNP services.

Can you manufacture products compliant with EU cosmetic regulations?

Brandsamor currently serves United States customers only. If you later sell outside the U.S., your brand remains responsible for that market’s rules with qualified advisors.

Do you provide CPSR?

No as an included U.S. service. A Cosmetic Product Safety Report is an EU dossier item. We currently accept U.S. orders only.

Do you provide a PIF?

No as an included service. Product Information Files are an EU requirement. U.S. orders receive the U.S.-oriented document set instead.

Who acts as the EU Responsible Person?

Brandsamor does not act as EU Responsible Person. We currently serve United States customers only.

Is CPNP notification included?

Who is responsible for EU registration and compliance?

If you later sell in the EU, your brand (with an EU Responsible Person) is responsible. That is outside current Brandsamor order geography.

Are EU compliance costs included in the product price?

No. U.S. production quotes do not include EU RP, PIF, CPSR or CPNP.

UK compliance

UK Responsible Person and SCPN support are not current Brandsamor services. Orders are U.S.-only.

Can you provide documentation required for UK SCPN notification?

Not as a current service. We do not file SCPN or act as UK Responsible Person.

Who is responsible for the UK Responsible Person?

Your brand would appoint a UK RP if you sold there. Brandsamor does not take that role.

Can your fragrance documentation be used for UK sales?

IFRA and similar technical files can be useful inputs for a qualified UK advisor, but they are not a UK registration pack, and we are not accepting UK production destinations.

Canada compliance

Canada is not a current order destination. Bilingual labeling and notification are the brand’s responsibility if you later sell there.

What documentation is required to sell perfume in Canada?

Health Canada cosmetic notification and bilingual (English/French) labeling typically apply. Brandsamor currently fulfills sample and production orders to the United States only.

Dangerous goods / alcohol shipping

Alcoholic perfume is often classed as flammable. U.S. carriers and forwarders must be told the correct classification.

Is perfume classified as dangerous goods?

Alcoholic eau de parfum and many mists are typically classified as flammable liquids / dangerous goods for transport. Perfume oils are often easier, but classification is product-specific from SDS and formula.

Can alcoholic perfume be shipped internationally?

Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only. Non-U.S. destinations are not available for new orders at this time.

Can perfume travel by air?

Within the United States, air is sometimes possible with the correct dangerous-goods declaration and carrier acceptance. Many brands use ground for alcoholic perfume. We will not book an undeclared flammable shipment.

What dangerous-goods documentation is required?

Typically SDS, correct UN classification, and carrier DG paperwork when the product is regulated. Your forwarder needs the same data for collection.

Are dangerous-goods charges additional?

Yes. Carrier DG surcharges are additional to standard freight when they apply.

Can my freight forwarder collect alcoholic perfume?

Yes if they are licensed/willing to handle the applicable DG class from our U.S. site. Share SDS and classification before they book the pickup.

What information should I give my shipping agent?

Product type (alcoholic perfume vs oil), SDS, UN number/packing group if assigned, piece count, weight, pickup address, and that the shipper is Brandsamor’s U.S. facility on the order.

Can perfume oils be shipped more easily than alcoholic perfume?

Often yes, because many oils are not flammable liquids. Always classify from the actual SDS — do not assume.

Can body mist be shipped internationally?

Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only. Non-U.S. destinations are not available for new orders at this time.

What shipping classification applies to my finished product?

It is assigned from formula, alcohol content and SDS. We confirm classification on the project rather than publishing one UN number for every SKU.

Amazon FBA

We can ship to a U.S. Amazon fulfillment center you specify. Amazon account, FBA and DG rules stay yours.

Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?

Yes, to a United States Amazon fulfillment center on your inbound order, when cartons meet Amazon’s routing and the product is accepted by Amazon. You own the seller account and FBA setup.

Can you prepare products according to Amazon FBA requirements?

We can label cartons, include required docs such as SDS, and pack to agreed carton specs. Amazon’s current FBA, labeling and dangerous-goods rules change — you must provide the inbound requirements for that FC.

What documentation does Amazon require for fragrance products?

Amazon commonly asks for SDS and may require dangerous-goods review for alcoholic perfume. Check Seller Central for the SKU. We can supply SDS and batch documents we already produce.

Can you provide SDS documentation for Amazon?

Yes, where the project includes SDS.

Can you label products for Amazon FBA?

We can apply FNSKU or other labels you specify, in addition to retail labels, when that work is on the quotation.

Can you carton-pack products according to Amazon requirements?

Yes, when you give carton quantity, weight limits and marking rules for that inbound.

Does perfume require dangerous-goods approval from Amazon?

Alcoholic perfume often does. Approval is between your seller account and Amazon, using SDS and product data. Brandsamor does not “clear” Amazon DG on your behalf as a hidden service.

Can you ship directly from your facility to an Amazon fulfillment center?

Yes, from the U.S. ship-from site on the order to a U.S. FC you designate, subject to Amazon appointment/routing rules.

Payment terms

Sampling is paid as a kit fee. Production uses a deposit and a remaining balance confirmed on the order.

What are your payment terms?

Library sampling is USD $99 (redeemable on production). Custom Fragrance - Samples is USD $249. Production may require a deposit before sourcing or filling; the remaining balance is due as stated on the order confirmation, typically before shipment. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

How much deposit is required?

Sampling uses the published kit fee. Production deposit amounts are set on the quotation and order documents — they cover committed components and scheduled fill, not a single public percentage for every project.

When is the remaining balance due?

As stated on the order confirmation. Production balances are typically due before finished goods ship to your United States address.

Do I pay for samples separately?

Yes. Library kits are USD $99; Custom Fragrance - Samples is USD $249. The library fee is fully redeemable against your bulk production order.

Is the fragrance-development fee paid upfront?

Custom Fragrance - Samples (USD $249) is paid to prepare the variants. Further custom rounds are invoiced as agreed before work continues.

Are packaging costs paid upfront?

Custom packaging and components are often covered by the production deposit because they are ordered to your spec and cannot be resold. Timing is on the order documents.

What payment methods do you accept?

Sampling can be paid online when checkout is enabled (card via Stripe). Production invoices follow the methods listed on the order documents. Do not assume cash-on-delivery or international wires for non-U.S. entities — we currently bill and ship for United States orders.

Are deposits refundable?

Library sampling remains redeemable on production; cash refunds are generally not available once samples are prepared or shipped. Production deposits covering committed materials or labor may be non-refundable after approval or after production has begun. See the refund and cancellation policy.

What happens if I cancel after custom packaging has been ordered?

Custom bottles, print and boxes ordered to your artwork generally cannot be reused. Deposits and amounts covering those commitments may be kept. Cancellations before production approval are handled case by case.

Reorders and scaling

Same spec, retained formula and artwork, faster repeats as your U.S. brand grows.

What is the MOQ for repeat orders?

The same production minimum: 100 units per SKU, unless a quotation confirms another quantity.

Are repeat orders cheaper than first orders?

Often unit cost improves with volume, and first-order setup (screens, design) usually does not repeat. Juice and glass still follow current supplier prices.

Do setup fees apply again?

Not for unchanged artwork, screens and formula. New SKUs or revised files can add setup.

Can you retain my formula for future orders?

Yes. Approved library codes or custom directions are kept for reorders while you continue with Brandsamor, subject to the ownership terms you signed.

Can you retain my artwork?

Yes. Print-ready files stay on file for reprints.

Can you retain my packaging specifications?

Yes. Bottle, cap, label and box specs are reused so reorders match the approved sample.

How quickly can you produce a reorder?

Faster than the first launch in most cases. Still plan component lead time; we confirm a date on each PO.

Can you scale from 100 units to 1,000 units?

Yes. That is a normal growth path for U.S. private label.

Can you scale to several thousand units?

Yes. Larger U.S. batches are quoted with volume-appropriate components and fill scheduling.

Does pricing improve significantly at higher volumes?

Often the unit cost moves toward the lower end of typically $10–$25 per unit, depending on decoration. Luxury specs still cost more at any volume.

Can you hold packaging inventory for future production?

Sometimes, by agreement — for example extra cartons or bottles held for a planned reorder. Storage is not automatic; ask when you quote. Fulfillment storage of finished goods is a separate optional service.

Product development: diffusers

Car and home fragrance can be discussed as fragrance formats. Highly custom devices are special projects.

Do you manufacture car fragrance diffusers?

Car freshener is a fragrance format Brandsamor can support. Exact device style (vent clip, hanging, liquid) is confirmed from available packaging, not from an unlimited gadget catalog.

Do you manufacture home fragrance diffusers?

Home fragrance such as room spray is standard. Reed or other liquid home diffusers can be reviewed as a U.S. fill project when bottles and fragrance load are suitable.

Can one product be designed for both car and home use?

Sometimes, if the same vessel is safe and legal for both uses. Heat in a parked car is a real constraint — we would rather spec a car-safe format than overclaim dual use.

Can you create a custom diffuser rather than using a standard design?

Custom housings may need tooling and are quoted as product engineering, not as a stock bottle swap. Standard bottles launch faster.

Can you make a refillable diffuser?

Refillable systems are possible as a designed SKU pair (device + refill). They are not a default kit; MOQ and components are quoted.

Can you make a replaceable-cartridge diffuser?

Cartridge systems are custom engineering. Feasibility, leak testing and MOQ are quoted if the concept fits U.S. filling.

Can the customer adjust fragrance intensity?

Only if the chosen device has a mechanical intensity control. That is a hardware feature, not a juice setting we can add to any bottle.

What fragrance capacity options are available?

Capacity follows the selected bottle or device. Common small diffusers are in the few-millilitre to tens-of-millilitre range; confirmed per spec.

Can you manufacture an 8-10 ml diffuser?

If an 8–10 ml vessel is available or can be sourced for a U.S. run, yes. Confirm on packaging selection.

What diffuser designs are currently available?

Share your target look and channel; we recommend from current packaging rather than a static public diffuser catalogue that may go out of stock.

Can you provide a diffuser catalogue?

We share current options and photos during the project. Designs change with supplier stock.

Can you create a prototype before production?

Yes when the device is non-standard. Prototype cost and timing are quoted. Standard bottles usually skip custom prototyping and use a production sample instead.

Custom product engineering

Standard path is fragrance fill and pack. New constructions need a feasibility quote.

Can you develop a completely new packaging/product construction?

Standard Brandsamor work is fragrance, filling, boxing and optional U.S. fulfillment — not a general industrial design studio. Highly custom constructions can be reviewed as a special project for U.S. production, with prototyping, testing and tooling quoted separately when they are feasible.

Can you create separate compartments within a product?

Multi-compartment packs are custom engineering: tooling, leak paths and assembly must be designed and tested. Not a catalog checkbox.

Can you source custom components?

Yes, through packaging partners, with MOQ and lead time from the component maker. Stock parts launch faster.

Can you prototype a custom product?

Yes when the concept is feasible for U.S. filling. Prototype cost and timing are quoted before production.

What does prototyping cost?

Quoted per concept (materials, 3D samples, test fills). There is no single public prototype price.

What is the MOQ for completely custom tooling?

Tooling MOQ is set by the mold or component supplier and is often much higher than the 100-unit filling minimum. We will say if your idea requires tooling.

Would custom tooling be required for my concept?

If the part does not exist in stock glass or closures, yes. Share drawings or references and we will say whether stock parts can approximate it.

How long does prototype development take?

Weeks to months depending on tooling versus off-the-shelf assembly. Confirmed on the prototype quote. Standard bottle launches skip this step.

Who owns the custom tooling?

Defined in the purchase terms. Customer-paid molds are often customer-owned; supplier-owned tools are not. Get it in writing before you pay for steel.

What testing is required before custom packaging enters production?

Fit, leak, spray or roll function, label adhesion, and compatibility of juice with the new materials. High-heat tests if the product will sit in a car.

Himalayan salt / decorative components

Decorative salt is not a standard catalog item. Special projects are reviewed for U.S. feasibility only.

Can you source Himalayan pink salt?

That item is not a standard Brandsamor catalog SKU. Share the concept and we will tell you whether it fits a U.S. filling and packaging project or needs a different specialist. Decorative mineral components can be reviewed as a special U.S. packaging project, not as a standing ingredient SKU.

Where is the Himalayan salt sourced from?

We do not operate a standing Himalayan salt supply line. If a project required it, origin would be documented by the mineral supplier you or we appoint — not assumed.

Can you provide proof of origin?

Only if a supplier provides traceability documents for that lot. We will not invent origin certificates.

What crystal sizes are available?

Not catalogued. Size would be specified with the mineral supplier for a custom project.

What colours or grades are available?

Not catalogued. Grades would follow the mineral supplier.

Can the salt be incorporated into product packaging?

Possibly as a physically separate decorative chamber, after leak, humidity and material-compatibility review. Salt must not contaminate the fragrance liquid.

Can it be kept physically separate from the fragrance liquid?

Yes — that would be a requirement, not optional, if salt is used as décor.

Can you provide salt samples?

Only if we proceed with a sourced special project. It is not part of the $99 fragrance sample kit.

Can you create a prototype containing the salt?

If the construction is feasible, a prototype would be quoted like other custom engineering.

How will the salt behave at high temperatures or humidity?

Salt can cake, corrode metals and pull moisture. Vehicle-temperature and humidity testing would be required before production. This is a known risk, not a solved catalog feature.

Is the salt compatible with the surrounding packaging materials?

Unknown until tested with the actual plastics, metals, adhesives and coatings. Compatibility testing would be mandatory.

Refill systems

Refills can be a second SKU. Cartridge hardware is quoted as a system, not a hidden extra.

Do you offer fragrance refill systems?

We can fill refill bottles or, for some projects, cartridges — as specified SKUs. There is not a single universal Brandsamor cartridge used on every perfume.

Do you offer refill cartridges?

Only when the hardware is defined and testable. Cartridge programs are custom, with MOQ and leak testing.

What cartridge sizes are available?

Sizes follow the chosen system. We do not publish a standing cartridge size list independent of hardware.

Can customers replace the cartridge themselves?

If the device is designed for consumer replacement, yes. That must be designed and tested; it is not assumed for a standard spray bottle.

How long does one refill last?

Depends on fill volume, concentration and how often the product is used. We do not print a guaranteed day-count.

What is the MOQ for refills?

Production minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units. Sampling has no production MOQ. Refills are their own SKU.

What does a refill cost?

Final unit cost is confirmed on a written quotation for your fragrance, bottle size, decoration, boxing, quantity and U.S. delivery details. Refills often cost less than a full decorated hero bottle because hardware is simpler — not always.

Can refill cartridges be branded?

Yes, labels or print on the refill pack, subject to size and decoration method.

What packaging options are available for refills?

Simple bottles, cartons or mailer-friendly packs. Choose based on DTC versus retail.

Can refills be sold separately from the primary product?

Yes. Treat the refill as its own U.S. SKU with its own barcode, label and MOQ.

Can future fragrances use the same refill system?

Yes if they fit the same hardware and IFRA/stability. That is a good way to scale a collection.

Stability and compatibility testing

Routine QC is included. Extended stability and harsh-environment tests are quoted when the project needs them.

Do you perform stability testing?

Yes at a level matched to the project. New juice/pack combinations and custom constructions need more than a standard library fill in proven glass.

Do you perform fragrance/bottle compatibility testing?

Yes when the pairing is new, coated, or customer-supplied. Proven library-plus-stock-glass pairings need less extra lab time.

Do you test pumps and sprayers with the fragrance?

Yes — function, crimp/fit and leakage before bulk when hardware is new to that juice.

Do you test leakage?

Yes. Leak checks are part of production QC.

Do you perform high-temperature testing?

When the brief needs it (for example car products or hot-climate storage). It is an additional program unless already in the quote.

Do you perform vehicle-temperature testing?

For car fragrance, we recommend heat-stress thinking. A formal vehicle-temperature protocol is quoted when you need documented results.

Do you test glass compatibility?

Yes for new glass, coatings or unusual formulas.

Do you test plastic compatibility?

Yes when plastics contact juice (pumps, roll-on parts, some mist bottles).

Do you test label adhesion?

Yes when labels, coatings or condensation risk are a concern.

Do you test fragrance colour change?

Visual checks against the approved reference are standard. Formal colorimetry studies are extra.

Do you test fragrance stability over time?

Keep-samples and project-appropriate stability windows are used. Multi-month accelerated studies are scheduled when needed, not for every 100-unit library fill.

Do you test decorative-component compatibility?

Yes when décor (coatings, attachments, minerals) can touch juice, vapor or adhesives.

How long does stability testing take?

Spot checks are short. Meaningful stability can take weeks. Accelerated protocols are designed per risk — we will not fake a 12-week study overnight.

Which tests are included and which are additional?

Included: production appearance, fill, closure function, leak screen, pack-out vs approved sample. Additional: extended stability, high heat, vehicle, custom-material compatibility, extra incoming oil tests.

Quality control

Batch records, inspections and a clear path if a lot does not match the approved sample.

What quality-control procedures do you follow?

Incoming component checks as needed, fill and closure inspection, leak and appearance screening, label placement, and pack-out against the approved production sample.

How do you ensure batch-to-batch fragrance consistency?

Approved formula or library code, retained samples, and organoleptic/visual comparison to the signed standard. Custom purchased formulas follow the same lot discipline.

Do you keep batch records?

Yes.

Do you assign batch numbers?

Yes. Lot codes support traceability on repeat orders and retailer questions.

Do you inspect filled bottles before packing?

Yes. Defective pumps, leaks or damaged glass are removed.

How do you handle leaks, defective pumps or damaged packaging?

Affected units are quarantined and not shipped. Verified Brandsamor production errors are remedied by replacement, rework or credit as appropriate. Report damage on arrival with photos promptly.

What happens if a production batch does not meet specification?

We hold the lot, compare to the approved sample, and do not ship out-of-spec goods as if they were approved. Remedy follows the order terms and refund policy.

Are retention samples kept?

Yes, retention/reference samples are kept to support consistency and investigations.

Can you provide production COAs?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis are provided for selected fragrance batches.

Catalogues and samples of packaging

Current-stock photos and physical samples beat outdated catalogues.

Can you send a fragrance catalogue?

Library matching uses your brief plus five physical samples. We do not rely on a public all-formula PDF that goes stale.

Can you send a bottle catalogue?

Yes — current bottles and photographs.

Can you send a cap catalogue?

Yes — current caps matched to bottle necks.

Can you send a packaging catalogue?

Yes — boxes, finishes and examples appropriate to your budget.

Can you send a diffuser catalogue?

We share current vessels and photos for car/home fragrance projects when that format is in scope.

Can you send real photos instead of catalogue renders?

Yes. Ask for photographs of current stock.

Can I purchase physical bottle samples?

Yes, so you can judge weight and finish before bulk. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Can I purchase bottle/cap/box sample combinations?

Yes. Combinations are the useful way to approve a look.

Can you recommend packaging that fits my target retail price?

Yes. Landed cost should leave room for your channel (DTC vs wholesale). We steer economical vs luxury hardware accordingly.

Can you recommend your lowest-cost packaging?

Yes: stock glass, economical cap, labels instead of direct print, and optional simple carton or even unlabeled fill if you pack later. That is how many first batches stay near from $10 per unit.

Can you recommend packaging suitable for a luxury brand?

Yes: heavier glass, metal or wood caps, coating, print, rigid boxes and careful unboxing. Expect a higher place in the $10–$25 unit band or above depending on spec.

Brand-specific product recommendation

We curate scent and packaging from your customer, channel and price point — for U.S. launches.

Can you recommend fragrances based on my brand identity?

Yes. The library brief captures personality, audience and use case, then we curate five directions.

Can you recommend fragrances based on my target customer?

Yes. Demographics, channel and occasion are part of curation.

Can you recommend a launch collection rather than individual scents?

Yes. Many U.S. brands still launch one hero, then a small set. We can propose a collection story with distinct SKUs that share DNA.

How many fragrances should I launch initially?

One hero is the lowest-risk start (100 units). Two or three works if budget covers each SKU’s minimum. Sampling five library directions first is cheaper than producing five.

Should the fragrances be connected by a common brand DNA?

Usually yes — a repeating base, naming system or pack language — while each scent stays clearly different on a shelf.

Can you create clearly different scents that still feel like part of one collection?

Yes. That is a standard briefing goal.

Can you recommend men's versus women's versus unisex positioning?

Yes, based on your customer and channel. Unisex heroes are common for new DTC lines; gendered SKUs still work in some retail.

Can you recommend fragrance profiles based on my intended market?

Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only. Recommendations assume a United States customer. We will not spec a line for a country we cannot ship to.

Can you recommend packaging based on whether my priority is luxury or affordability?

Yes. Affordable: stock glass, labels, simple carton. Luxury: weight, metal/wood caps, print, rigid boxes. Indicative private label pricing typically ranges from $10–$25 per unit (from $10 for qualifying entry specs). Final unit cost depends on format, bottle size, decoration, packaging tier, fragrance customization, market positioning and order quantity.

Starting on a limited budget

Library scent, stock bottle, labels, optional box, 100 units — the lowest-cost U.S. first batch.

What is the most affordable way to launch my fragrance brand?

Library sampling (USD $99, redeemable), one library scent, stock bottle, labels instead of direct print, skip custom boxes or use a simple carton, produce 100 units for U.S. delivery. Typical first budgets are about about USD $1,500.

Which costs can I avoid during my first production run?

Custom formula development, custom glass tooling, screen printing, rigid boxes, extra stability programs, and launching several SKUs at once.

Should I use a standard bottle rather than a custom bottle?

Yes for a first batch. Custom bottles need tooling and higher MOQ.

Should I use an existing fragrance rather than develop a custom one?

Yes if budget and speed matter. Library kits are USD $99; custom samples are USD $249 plus more development time.

What is the least expensive packaging option?

Stock glass, economical cap, pressure-sensitive labels, and filling-only or a simple folding carton. Boxing is optional.

Can I launch with labels instead of direct bottle printing?

Yes. Labels are the usual low-MOQ branding method.

Can I start without a custom box?

Yes. Boxing is optional. You can add retail cartons on a reorder.

What configuration gives the lowest finished cost per bottle?

Library juice, smallest practical fill, stock bottle, basic cap, labels, no rigid box, 100 units. Indicative private label pricing typically ranges from $10–$25 per unit (from $10 for qualifying entry specs). Final unit cost depends on format, bottle size, decoration, packaging tier, fragrance customization, market positioning and order quantity.

How can I test the market without committing to large inventory?

Wear-test the sample kit with your team or a small audience, then produce 100 units of one scent. Optional fulfillment ships U.S. website orders so you need not warehouse everything at home.

Turnkey launch questions

You can start with a name and an idea. You still approve scent, artwork and the production sample.

I have only a brand name and idea. Can Brandsamor take it from there?

Brandsamor is built for anyone starting a perfume line — adding fragrance to an existing brand or launching fresh. Sample scents first, then scale when you are ready. Start with sampling; we help choose scent and packaging. You still own brand legal, claims, U.S. selling and marketing.

What information do you need from me to begin?

Who the customer is, where you will sell in the United States, rough budget/quantity, any scent likes/dislikes, and whether you have a logo. A finished formula is not required.

Do I need my logo before starting?

No. You can sample without a logo. You need a logo (or wordmark) before branded labels are printed.

Do I need to know which fragrance I want before contacting you?

No. Library curation and Create a Scent exist for that.

Do I need to choose my bottle before sampling fragrances?

No. Scent first.

Can you help me select both the fragrance and packaging?

Yes. That is the private-label path.

Can you help with branding and design?

Yes for packaging design (labels, boxes) as a quoted add-on. Full brand strategy agencies are a different hire if you need naming architecture from scratch.

Can you manufacture, fill, label, pack and deliver everything?

Yes, for United States delivery, when those modules are in scope. Production minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units. Sampling has no production MOQ.

What parts of the process remain my responsibility?

Brand ownership, artwork rights, U.S. labeling claims, any MoCRA duties that apply to your company, marketing, retail/Amazon account setup, and selling to your customers. You also approve samples and production specs.

What is the fastest route from idea to a finished product?

Library sampling → one stock bottle → labels → skip custom box → approve PPS → produce 100 units. Avoid custom juice, custom glass and rigid boxes on v1.

What do I do next?

Start with samples online, or schedule a call if you already know your path.

What is the first step?

Start with sampling at /start-sampling. If you already have fragrance oil ready to fill, Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number.

Should I order samples first?

Yes, unless you are bringing a fully approved concentrate and only need filling. Sampling is the recommended first step.

Which sample program should I choose?

Library (five curated scents, USD $99) if a ready direction may fit. Custom Fragrance - Samples (USD $249) if you need an original scent. Choose at /start-sampling.

What information should I send you about my brand?

Business type, customer, price band, U.S. channel, scent likes/dislikes, intensity, and any references. Logo if you have one.

Do I need to schedule a call?

Not required to start the online sampling brief. A short call is useful after curation or for custom/fill-only projects. Use /schedule-a-call when you want live review.

Can I get pricing before scheduling a call?

Indicative private label pricing typically ranges from $10–$25 per unit (from $10 for qualifying entry specs). Final unit cost depends on format, bottle size, decoration, packaging tier, fragrance customization, market positioning and order quantity. Production minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units. Sampling has no production MOQ. A full quotation still needs spec (bottle, decoration, quantity, U.S. ship-to). This FAQ and the pricing page are the public starting point.

Can I see packaging before scheduling a call?

Yes — packaging pages and, once you are in a project, current bottle/cap photos. Physical samples can follow.

Can I start the process entirely online?

Yes. Library sampling and Create a Scent (/create-a-scent) are online. Production agreements and deposits follow after you choose a scent.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?

After sampling, you will receive a path to send vector logo and print files (or upload through the customer portal). Email is also fine for an early look.

How do I place a sample order?

Go to /start-sampling, complete the library brief or Create a Scent path, then pay the kit fee when checkout is enabled (or schedule a call if checkout is temporarily routed that way). Kits ship to United States addresses.

What happens after I select my fragrance?

Choose bottle, cap, label and whether you want boxing. Approve artwork and a production sample, pay the production deposit, then we fill and ship in the United States.

How do I request a production quotation?

After scent direction is clear, ask for a quote with quantity, bottle and decoration. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number. You can also continue from your sampling follow-up.

How do I approve my order?

Written approval of artwork and the production sample, plus acceptance of the order/production agreement, unlocks mass fill.

How do I pay?

Sampling: online card checkout when enabled. Production: deposit and balance as invoiced on the order documents.

What happens after payment?

For samples: preparation and U.S. dispatch in about 2–3 business days for available kits. For production: sourcing, fill, QC and shipment per the approved spec, typically 3–6 weeks after remaining approvals.

Do you offer lower MOQs for new brands?

The published production minimum is 100 units for new and established U.S. brands. New brands should use sampling first rather than asking for a sub-100 production run.

Do custom fragrances have a different MOQ from library fragrances?

Production MOQ is the same: 100 units. Custom work adds development and Custom Fragrance - Samples (USD $249) before that production minimum.

Do perfume oils have a different MOQ from alcoholic perfumes?

Production still starts at 100 units for perfume oil and alcoholic spray formats. Component availability can affect the first-batch size — confirmed on the quotation. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Do body mists have a different MOQ?

Private label body mist production starts at 100 units per mist SKU. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.

Yes when Brandsamor designs or rebuilds files. Print-ready artwork you supply is reviewed rather than designed from scratch, which is a smaller or zero design fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

What happens if I cancel after custom packaging has been ordered?

Custom bottles, print and boxes ordered to your artwork generally cannot be reused. Deposits and amounts covering those commitments may be kept. Cancellations before production approval are handled case by case.

Yes. The library kit is five fragrances. The library sample kit is USD $99 for five fragrances. The fee is fully redeemable against your bulk / production order.

Can you send samples for both men and women?

Yes. Tell us in the brief if you want masculine, feminine, unisex or a mixed set. Curation follows the audience you describe, including launching both a men’s and a women’s direction over two kits if needed.

How quickly are samples dispatched?

Available fragrance samples are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Sample kits ship to United States addresses. Delivery timing depends on the shipping service selected.

Can the sample fee be credited against my first production order?

Yes. The library sample kit is USD $99 for five fragrances. The fee is fully redeemable against your bulk / production order.

06 · 8 questions

Do you have fruity fragrances?

Do you have tropical fragrances?

Yes. The library includes tropical directions among other common families.

08 · 7 questions

09 · 17 questions

10 · 11 questions

11 · 12 questions

12 · 15 questions

13 · 11 questions

14 · 11 questions

15 · 13 questions

16 · 9 questions

38 · 12 questions

41 · 11 questions

17 · 10 questions

Customer-supplied fragrance concentrates

Bring-your-own oil is supported with IFRA, SDS and related documents for U.S. filling.

Can I supply my own fragrance concentrate?

Yes. Fragrances and formulation are optional — you can skip scent work and go straight to filling with approved oil.

What documentation do you require for customer-supplied fragrance?

Typically IFRA certificate for the intended product category, SDS, COA, and allergen declaration, plus any use-level limits. Incomplete files delay filling.

Do you need the IFRA certificate?

Can you provide dielines/templates before I design the artwork?

Yes. Dielines come after bottle and box are selected.

Can you review my artwork for print readiness?

Yes. We check size, bleed, resolution, fonts and required legal line space for U.S. labels.

Yes — current bottles and photographs.

Can you send a cap catalogue?

Yes — current caps matched to bottle necks.

Can you send a packaging catalogue?

Yes — boxes, finishes and examples appropriate to your budget.

25 · 10 questions

26 · 12 questions

42 · 14 questions

43 · 9 questions

27 · 12 questions

28 · 6 questions

Who is responsible for EU registration and compliance?

If you later sell in the EU, your brand (with an EU Responsible Person) is responsible. That is outside current Brandsamor order geography.

Are EU compliance costs included in the product price?

No. U.S. production quotes do not include EU RP, PIF, CPSR or CPNP.

Can you ship perfume to Dubai?

Not at this time. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only, so we cannot fulfill new orders to Dubai / the UAE. If you are a U.S. brand with a United States delivery address, we can help.

What does shipping cost?

Quoted per shipment. Sample kits include standard U.S. shipping as stated. Production freight depends on carton count, weight, service and destination ZIP.

Can you quote shipping before I place the order?

Yes, once packed weight, carton plan and U.S. destination are known enough to rate.

Can you ship to my US warehouse?

Yes.

Can you ship to Miami?

Yes. Miami is a United States destination.

Can you ship to Pennsylvania?

Yes. Pennsylvania is a United States destination.

Can you ship to Montreal?

Not at this time. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only, so we cannot fulfill new orders to Montreal, Canada. If you are a U.S. brand with a United States delivery address, we can help.

What is the approximate finished shipment weight?

It depends on bottle size, glass weight, boxes and unit count. We provide estimated packed weight on the quotation or packing list — not a single public number for every order.

How many cartons will the order occupy?

Carton count is calculated from units per carton for your bottle and box. It appears on the packing list.

What are the carton dimensions?

Master carton dimensions depend on the inner pack. They are confirmed when the pack-out is designed.

48 · 15 questions
