Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brandsamor.com and private-label fragrance services offered by Packamor LLC through the Brandsamor brand. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Brandsamor provides private-label fragrance services including scent sampling, product format guidance, packaging customization support, production coordination, filling, quality checks, and delivery of finished fragrance products under your brand. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in project communications and order documents.

Pre-launch status

Some features, including full online onboarding and checkout, may not yet be available. Service details, lead times, and commercial terms may be updated as operations are finalized. Published marketing content is informational and does not by itself create a binding production agreement.

Orders, samples, and approvals

Fragrance production involves custom goods. You are responsible for reviewing samples, approving artwork, confirming bottle and packaging specifications, and signing off on production samples before bulk manufacturing begins. Approved specifications become the basis for production.

• Sampling fees may apply and are generally non-refundable once samples are prepared or shipped
• Production deposits may be required before manufacturing starts
• Lead-time estimates are targets, not guarantees, and depend on scent, packaging, and batch complexity
• Minor production tolerances may apply to color, fill level, and packaging finishes within industry norms

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate brand, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for ensuring that label claims, marketing statements, and product positioning comply with laws in the markets where you sell. You must have rights to any logos, artwork, or trademarks you supply for production.

Shipping, import duties, and risk of loss

Shipping terms, insurance, and responsibility for loss or damage in transit are confirmed per order. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance for international shipments are typically the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Except where prohibited, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
