Can I order fragrance samples before production?
Yes. Brandsamor offers two private-label sampling paths. Library scents: complete a short brand brief and receive five curated fragrances from our ready library (USD $99). Custom scents: build a direction in Create a Scent, then order Custom Fragrance - Samples — one fragrance with three variants (USD $249). Choose either path at start sampling. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.
How does your fragrance sampling process work?
Start at /start-sampling. Library path: complete a brand brief; we curate five library fragrances. Custom path: build a direction in Create a Scent (/create-a-scent), then order Custom Fragrance - Samples with three variants. Wear-test, then move to bottle and production.
What does the sample service include?
Five curated library fragrances as 5 ml EDP samples at approximately 20% concentration, plus testing strips. Shipping is included for United States destinations. Custom Fragrance - Samples develops one fragrance from your Create a Scent brief, with three variants prepared as physical samples so you can wear-test and choose one. Standard shipping within the United States is included. The kit is USD $249.

Library sampling is curated from your brief rather than a self-serve pick list. You describe audience, mood and constraints; we select five matching library directions. Custom sampling starts from your Create a Scent brief instead of the library set.
Can your team select fragrances for me based on my brief?
Yes. That is the library path: a short brand brief, then five curated 5 ml EDP samples matched to your U.S. customer and positioning.
Can you send five samples?
Yes. The library kit is five fragrances. The library sample kit is USD $99 for five fragrances. The fee is fully redeemable against your bulk / production order.
Can you send samples for both men and women?
Yes. Tell us in the brief if you want masculine, feminine, unisex or a mixed set. Curation follows the audience you describe, including launching both a men’s and a women’s direction over two kits if needed.
Can I receive all fragrances I am considering before making a decision?
A single library kit is five directions. If you need another curated set, order an additional kit. Custom work explores variants of one fragrance rather than mailing an entire catalogue. Brandsamor currently accepts sample and production orders for United States shipping destinations only.
How quickly are samples dispatched?
Available fragrance samples are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Sample kits ship to United States addresses. Delivery timing depends on the shipping service selected.

Is the sampling fee refundable?
The library USD $99 fee is fully redeemable against your bulk production order. Once sample preparation has started or samples have shipped, it is typically not refunded as cash. If Brandsamor cannot fulfill a sample order due to its own error, a remedy or credit is offered.
