02 Filling

Stage 02 of 04 — oil into bottles, then close and document
Filling can be ordered on its own or with the rest of the path. Bring your oil or use a Brandsamor library or custom fragrance. We fill bottles with fragrance oil and bases such as perfumery alcohol, then close, cap, label, and document the batch.

03 Boxing

Stage 03 of 04 — cartons and cellophane for retail-ready units
Boxing can be ordered on its own or with filling and fulfillment. Filled bottles go into outer packs, cartons close, and units are cellophane-wrapped. Use customizable boxes, or send cartons you already have.

04 Fulfillment

Fulfillment is included when units are sellable. Inventory moves into Brandsamor fulfillment centers. We store stock and ship to end customers as website orders arrive — so you do not warehouse finished goods yourself.

Why sample before you scope manufacturing?
Sampling is the easiest way to choose a scent, and it is optional when you already have oil. Filling, boxing, and fulfillment can each be ordered on their own, with Brandsamor packaging or packaging you supply. The only restriction is a United States shipping destination.

No. Fragrance starts with Brandsamor library or custom formulation. Bottles can be sourced through Brandsamor or specified by you as part of the full-service build.
Can I bring my own packaging?
Yes. Send bottles, closures, labels, or cartons you already have, or source them through Brandsamor. Filling-only orders with your packaging are accepted.

Filling includes putting fragrance oil and bases such as perfumery alcohol into bottles, adding spray or crimped closures, capping, bottle labeling, and batch documentation for the run — as stage two of the full-service path.
Is boxing included?
Yes. Full-service projects include boxing: customizable boxes or specified cartons, placing filled bottles, closing cartons, and cellophane wrapping for a retail-ready finish.
What is fulfillment for perfume brands?
Fulfillment is storage plus last-mile logistics. Finished perfume ships to Brandsamor fulfillment centers, then goes out to your customers as website orders arrive — without you warehousing the stock yourself.
