What happens after I contact Brandsamor?

We clarify whether you need library sampling, custom scent work, or filling of an oil you already have. Most U.S. brands start at /start-sampling. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number.

What is the process from concept to finished product?

Brief → sample (library or custom) → choose scent → bottle, cap, label, box → artwork approval → production sample → deposit → fill, finish, QC, batch documents → ship to a United States address. Progress is tracked through the customer portal.

Do we select the fragrance first or packaging first?

Fragrance first. Bottle and box decisions are easier once the juice direction is clear. You do not need a final bottle to order samples.

When do I need to finalize my branding?

Before plates, labels and bulk packaging are ordered. A logo is helpful but not required to start sampling. Lock branding before the production sample.

Do you provide a pre-production sample?

Yes. You approve a filled production sample of the commercial spec before mass production.

Do I need to approve the fragrance before packaging production begins?

You should lock scent before custom printed packaging is ordered so names, color and story match. Stock bottles can be reserved in parallel once the format is clear.

What approvals are required before mass production?

Fragrance, bottle/cap, artwork, labeling copy, and the filled production sample. Payment terms on the order must also be met.

When is payment required?

Sampling fees are paid for the kit. Production typically needs a deposit before sourcing or fill, with the balance due as stated before U.S. shipment.

What happens after my order enters production?

Components are staged, juice is filled, closures applied, optional labels and boxes completed, QC performed, batch records issued, then cartons ship to your United States address. Updates go through the portal.

What quality-control checks are performed before shipment?

Typical checks include fill appearance, closure function, leaks, label placement and pack-out against the approved sample. Defective units are pulled rather than shipped.
