What quality-control procedures do you follow?

Incoming component checks as needed, fill and closure inspection, leak and appearance screening, label placement, and pack-out against the approved production sample.

How do you ensure batch-to-batch fragrance consistency?

Approved formula or library code, retained samples, and organoleptic/visual comparison to the signed standard. Custom purchased formulas follow the same lot discipline.

Do you keep batch records?

Yes.

Do you assign batch numbers?

Yes. Lot codes support traceability on repeat orders and retailer questions.

Do you inspect filled bottles before packing?

Yes. Defective pumps, leaks or damaged glass are removed.

How do you handle leaks, defective pumps or damaged packaging?

Affected units are quarantined and not shipped. Verified Brandsamor production errors are remedied by replacement, rework or credit as appropriate. Report damage on arrival with photos promptly.

What happens if a production batch does not meet specification?

We hold the lot, compare to the approved sample, and do not ship out-of-spec goods as if they were approved. Remedy follows the order terms and refund policy.

Are retention samples kept?

Yes, retention/reference samples are kept to support consistency and investigations.

Can you provide production COAs?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis are provided for selected fragrance batches.
