Yes at a level matched to the project. New juice/pack combinations and custom constructions need more than a standard library fill in proven glass.
Stability and compatibility testing
Routine QC is included. Extended stability and harsh-environment tests are quoted when the project needs them.

Do you perform fragrance/bottle compatibility testing?
Yes when the pairing is new, coated, or customer-supplied. Proven library-plus-stock-glass pairings need less extra lab time.
Do you test pumps and sprayers with the fragrance?
Yes — function, crimp/fit and leakage before bulk when hardware is new to that juice.
Do you test leakage?
Yes. Leak checks are part of production QC.
Do you perform high-temperature testing?
When the brief needs it (for example car products or hot-climate storage). It is an additional program unless already in the quote.
Do you perform vehicle-temperature testing?
For car fragrance, we recommend heat-stress thinking. A formal vehicle-temperature protocol is quoted when you need documented results.
Do you test glass compatibility?
Yes for new glass, coatings or unusual formulas.
Do you test plastic compatibility?
Yes when plastics contact juice (pumps, roll-on parts, some mist bottles).
Do you test label adhesion?
Yes when labels, coatings or condensation risk are a concern.
Do you test fragrance colour change?
Visual checks against the approved reference are standard. Formal colorimetry studies are extra.
Do you test fragrance stability over time?
Keep-samples and project-appropriate stability windows are used. Multi-month accelerated studies are scheduled when needed, not for every 100-unit library fill.
Do you test decorative-component compatibility?
Yes when décor (coatings, attachments, minerals) can touch juice, vapor or adhesives.
How long does stability testing take?
Spot checks are short. Meaningful stability can take weeks. Accelerated protocols are designed per risk — we will not fake a 12-week study overnight.
Which tests are included and which are additional?
Included: production appearance, fill, closure function, leak screen, pack-out vs approved sample. Additional: extended stability, high heat, vehicle, custom-material compatibility, extra incoming oil tests.
