Should I order samples first?
Yes, unless you are bringing a fully approved concentrate and only need filling. Sampling is the recommended first step.
Which sample program should I choose?
Library (five curated scents, USD $99) if a ready direction may fit. Custom Fragrance - Samples (USD $249) if you need an original scent. Choose at /start-sampling.
What information should I send you about my brand?
Business type, customer, price band, U.S. channel, scent likes/dislikes, intensity, and any references. Logo if you have one.
Do I need to schedule a call?
Not required to start the online sampling brief. A short call is useful after curation or for custom/fill-only projects. Use /schedule-a-call when you want live review.
Can I get pricing before scheduling a call?
Indicative private label pricing typically ranges from $10–$25 per unit (from $10 for qualifying entry specs). Final unit cost depends on format, bottle size, decoration, packaging tier, fragrance customization, market positioning and order quantity. Production minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 units. Sampling has no production MOQ. A full quotation still needs spec (bottle, decoration, quantity, U.S. ship-to). This FAQ and the pricing page are the public starting point.
Can I see packaging before scheduling a call?
Yes — packaging pages and, once you are in a project, current bottle/cap photos. Physical samples can follow.
Can I start the process entirely online?
Yes. Library sampling and Create a Scent (/create-a-scent) are online. Production agreements and deposits follow after you choose a scent.
How do I submit my logo or artwork?
After sampling, you will receive a path to send vector logo and print files (or upload through the customer portal). Email is also fine for an early look.
How do I place a sample order?
Go to /start-sampling, complete the library brief or Create a Scent path, then pay the kit fee when checkout is enabled (or schedule a call if checkout is temporarily routed that way). Kits ship to United States addresses.
What happens after I select my fragrance?
Choose bottle, cap, label and whether you want boxing. Approve artwork and a production sample, pay the production deposit, then we fill and ship in the United States.
How do I request a production quotation?
After scent direction is clear, ask for a quote with quantity, bottle and decoration. Use the Brandsamor contact page for email and the U.S. phone number. You can also continue from your sampling follow-up.
How do I approve my order?
Written approval of artwork and the production sample, plus acceptance of the order/production agreement, unlocks mass fill.
How do I pay?
Sampling: online card checkout when enabled. Production: deposit and balance as invoiced on the order documents.
What happens after payment?
For samples: preparation and U.S. dispatch in about 2–3 business days for available kits. For production: sourcing, fill, QC and shipment per the approved spec, typically 3–6 weeks after remaining approvals.
